Special discounts will be given for at least 6 edition contract placement.
MATERIALS
Page layout document size must be supplied in actual ad size.
We accept files from Mac and some PC versions of Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
Files must be supplied via email or cd-rom. No film, Zip discs, Microsoft Word,
Disks must be labeled clearly with advertisers name, return address, and issue date.
Please include a completed copy of the insertion order with a disk, a proof, and a list of all contents including fonts.
Pictures
Use TIFF or JPEGs. Save 4/C images as CMYK. Please include all image and logo files that
are used and list them in media output form.
MUST INCLUDE ALL FONTS AND ART. Images should be at least 300 dpi.
Ad Production Costs
All rates are based on receipt of camera-ready ad materials sized to exact dimensions
(unless otherwise specified). Files supplied in formats other than those listed above or
those that require manipulation, corrections or repairs are subject to production
charges.
Deadlines
Ad space closing and All material should be received on ready to print format maximum on day 10th for the next month edition.
